This Pop Vinyl features Tony Tony Chopper, he is a doctor and a blue-nosed reindeer. The Human-Human Fruit provided him with the ability to transform into a human or human-reindeer hybrid. He developed a drug called Rumble Ball which enables him to perform even more transformations.
