Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label before dropping the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
