Hondo Ohnaka was a pragmatic, opportunistic Weequay pirate and leader of the Ohnaka Gang on the Outer Rim planet Florrum during the Clone Wars, known for his wit and mercenary tactics. He frequently engaged with the Republic and Confederacy for profit, once capturing Count Dooku and later, Jedi Masters Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, who he tried to ransom. Hondo's constant companion was his pet Kowakian monkey-lizard, named Pikk.
